Report: Manchester City preparing a huge sum to sign Egyptian Omar Marmoush

British press reports revealed that Manchester City is seeking to enforce their squad by concluding a major deal during the current winter transfer period by signing the Egyptian Omar Marmoush, the star of Eintracht Frankfurt.

The British newspapers reported that the Marmoush deal will cost Manchester City 50 million pounds, as City leadership believe tat Marmoush will be able to shine in the English Premier League thanks to his speed and ability to play in multiple offensive positions.

Marmoush, 25, has been performing excellently with Eintracht Frankfurt this season, as he ranks second in the list of top scorers in the German Football League with 13 goals.

Overall, Marmoush played 24 matches in various competitions this season with Eintracht, scoring 18 goals in addition to making 11 assists for his teammates.

Marmoush, who began his football career with the Wadi Degla youth team in Egypt before playing professionally in Europe, moved to Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer of 2023 from Wolfsburg in Germany on a free transfer.
