Egyptian Omar Marmoush scored the opening goal for his team Eintracht Frankfurt against host St. Pauli (1-0) during the two teams' match , Saturday, in the 16th round of the German Football League "Bundesliga".
Marmoush raised his tally to 14 goals in the German League to top the competition's scorers, tied with Bayern Munich star, English international Harry Kane. Only for Kane to score a penalty later in the day to retake the lead from the Egyption phenomenon.
It is worth noting that today's match may be Marmoush's last with Eintracht Frankfurt, as several media reports link him to a move to Manchester City during the current winter Mercato.
