Manchester City weigh up moves for Premier League and Serie A midfielders, with Bruno Guimaraes on their radar, Chelsea targeting Rodrygo, and Everton bracing for Jarrad Branthwaite’s departure.

Manchester City are poised to revive their pursuit of Newcastle United and Brazil international Bruno Guimaraes, 27, as they prepare for the possible exit of 33-year-old Belgian playmaker Kevin De Bruyne.

Chelsea are prepared to spend up to €120m (£102m) to land Real Madrid and Brazil winger Rodrygo, 24, as a marquee signing this summer.

City are also exploring a potential bid in the region of €50–60m (£42–51m) for AC Milan and Netherlands midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, 26, despite his recent contract extension through to 2030.

Everton are increasingly resigned to losing England centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite, 22, with Manchester United and Tottenham among the leading contenders for his signature.

Newcastle, Wolves, and Brentford are monitoring Angers and Ivory Coast goalkeeper Yahia Fofana, 24, with a potential £15m summer move under consideration.

Chelsea are currently leading the chase for Sunderland and England Under-21 midfielder Jobe Bellingham, 19, ahead of interest from Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham, Brighton, and Crystal Palace.

Leeds United are open to offers for French goalkeeper Illan Meslier, 25, as they seek to reinvest in a new first-choice shot-stopper.

Juventus are ready to part ways with Brazil midfielder Douglas Luiz, 26, in the upcoming transfer window, but are seeking a fee in the region of €40m (£34m).
