According to the British reports, Liverpool's management will hold meetings with Salah's agent, Ramy Abbas, during Salah's participation with the Egyptian national team in the Africa Cup of Nations, which runs from December 21st to January 18th in Morocco. Liverpool FC has internally finalized its position regarding the future of Egyptian star Mohamad Salah within the team following a lengthy meeting between him and Dutch manager Arne Slot, and his appearance as a substitute against Brighton.
Reports seen by The Stats Room indicated that Liverpool's management seeks to gauge Salah's agent's opinion regarding the Saudi offers and to determine his future, aiming for a final agreement on whether he will complete the current season or leave during the winter transfer window.
Earlier reports revealed that the club completely rejects the idea of the player leaving in January and that the recent controversy will not affect his completion of the season with the Reds. Discussions regarding the future of the relationship will resume during his participation with the Egyptian national team in the Africa Cup of Nations.
The 33-year-old is set to join the Egyptian national team participating in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and may miss 7 league matches if the team reaches the final.
