Chelsea open door to Enzo Fernandez sale, Manchester United target Joao Gomes, and Nottingham Forest hold talks for Lorenzo Lucca.

Chelsea have informed Real Madrid they would be willing to sell Argentina midfielder Enzo Fernandez, 25, this year.

Manchester United are ready to compete with Napoli and Atletico Madrid for Wolves and Portugal midfielder Joao Gomes, 24.

United are also tracking two England midfielders ahead of the summer window — Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson, 23, and Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton, 21.

Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United have both made contact with former Barcelona head coach Xavi Hernandez.
