Al-Nassr thrashed their guests, Al-Hazm, 4-0 on Saturday evening, in the 22nd round of the Saudi Professional League. Al-Nassr owes this victory to their Portuguese star, Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored two goals in the 13th and 79th minutes. He continued his impressive form, scoring three goals in his last two appearances for the team since returning from a period of absence.
Kingsley Coman scored in the 30th minute, and Angelo Gabriel added another in the 77th, completing Al-Nassr's four-goal haul. Cristiano Ronaldo's brace brought his career tally to 964 goals, as he continues his quest for the 1000-goal mark in a career spanning from 2002 to the present. During his time at Al-Nassr, he has played for some of the world's biggest clubs, including Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus, before joining Al-Nassr in 2023.
With this victory, Al-Nassr moved to the top of the Saudi Pro League table with 55 points, one point ahead of their arch-rivals Al-Hilal, who drew 1-1 with Al-Ittihad in the same round of matches.
Meanwhile, Al-Hazm remain on 24 points in 12th place.
