England have most of the training equipment stolen before the team's arrival in Kansas City back in their possession, following a police investigation into the incident.
The items were taken after vehicles transporting equipment to England's training base at Swope Soccer Village were broken into ahead of the squad's arrival on Saturday.
Sources have confirmed that the majority of the stolen gear has since been recovered.
Among the missing items were football boots, although no elite match footwear or equipment considered essential for games was taken.
England manager Thomas Tuchel and his players are due to arrive in Kansas City on Saturday afternoon, with preparations continuing for Wednesday's World Cup opener against Croatia.
Police officers worked alongside the Football Association on the case and were present at the training site on Friday evening.
It is understood that two individuals have been arrested in connection with the theft.
Before the equipment was recovered, a Kansas City Police spokesperson confirmed an investigation was underway into the suspected theft from a team vehicle.
The incident briefly disrupted England's pre-tournament preparations, though the recovery of most items has eased concerns within the camp.
Former England defender Phil Jagielka highlighted the personal significance of some of the stolen boots, noting that many players use customised footwear featuring initials, family names, national flags and specially fitted insoles prepared months in advance for major tournaments.
England's squad will hold their first full training session on Sunday as they continue their build-up to the World Cup.
