Liam Delap scored twice as Chelsea drew 3-3 with Johor Darul Ta'zim in the final match of their pre-season tour.
With Chelsea playing on successive days, Xabi Alonso made 11 changes to the team that secured a 3-0 victory over AC Milan in Jakarta on Saturday.
Delap, who joined Chelsea from Ipswich in 2025, had managed only two goals in 41 appearances across all competitions last season.
However, the 23-year-old matched that total in Malaysia, converting two penalties for his first Chelsea goals since January.
Johor took an early lead through Arif Aiman before Delap's two spot-kicks turned the contest around and put the visitors ahead.
Chelsea's advantage did not last long, though, as Robert Sanchez was beaten by Oscar Arribas' deflected free-kick in the 65th minute to bring the Malaysian champions level.
The hosts appeared to have snatched victory when Bergson found the bottom corner with four minutes remaining.
Chelsea responded in the 89th minute when Antonio Glauder headed Mikhailo Mudryk's cross into his own net to make it 3-3.
A penalty shootout had been expected to decide the contest, but the players did not return to the pitch at Stadium Sultan Ibrahim Larkin following the final whistle.
Chelsea will now head back to London before hosting Real Sociedad at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, 15 August, in their final pre-season fixture.
