An angry Casillas pulls his two sons out of Real Madrid!

The legendary Real Madrid goalkeeper has made a decisive move regarding his two sons.

It appears that the journey of Iker Casillas and Sara Carbonero’s sons at the Real Madrid academy has come to an end. The former Spanish goalkeeper, reportedly frustrated, has decided to pull his sons—Martín and Lucas, both of whom play as goalkeepers—out of "La Fábrica" (Real Madrid’s youth academy) after two seasons with the club.

According to Spanish press reports, this sudden decision stems from the fact that the eldest son, Martín, lost his prominent role in the team. Furthermore, neither boy was selected to participate in the "Futures" tournament in Orlando—a development that prompted Casillas to take this step, of which the club has now been informed.

One newspaper reported that 12-year-old Martín and 10-year-old Lucas will leave Real Madrid to join Leganés, in search of a development program better suited to their growth.

The brothers began their football journey at the club Pozuelo before spending two years at the Real Madrid academy. The decision to leave was made with their consent and in agreement with their family.

Previously, Martín had drawn attention during his participation in an under-12 world tournament, while Lucas had shone by saving several penalties against Barcelona.
